Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have a two-week period from the date of receipt to initiate a return for unopened items.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact Support: Before returning any items, we advise you to contact our customer support team via email. This helps us to process your refund efficiently.

  • Include Invoice Details: With your return, please include your invoice number or a copy of your invoice to help us quickly identify your order and expedite the process.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Costs: The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Damaged Products: If your return is due to a product damaged in transit, we may include the cost of return in your refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified period, not exceeding 30 days. If the return is due to a change of mind or a wrong purchase, the refund will cover the product cost only.

Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a damaged item or if the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with the following details:

    • Order number.

    • Photos or descriptions of the damaged package/product.

    • Your preferred method of refund (we can also offer a voucher equivalent to your order value).

Note: Cosmetic damages to the packaging that do not affect the product itself are not eligible for refund.
